We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic finance leader to head our financial operations department. This critical role is vital in ensuring the company's financial stability, optimizing capital flows, and positioning the business for long-term growth in the fast-evolving fintech industry.

The ideal candidate is not only a strong financial operator but also a trusted advisor — someone who can anticipate challenges, move capital efficiently across jurisdictions, and provide clear recommendations that enable the CEO and Board to make informed strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies that support business growth and expansion goals.
  • Overseeing treasury management, capital allocation, and liquidity planning to ensure funds are efficiently and securely deployed.
  • Monitoring and optimizing cash flow, working capital, and capital structure to support scalability and resilience.
  • Providing proactive financial insights and scenario planning to advise the CEO and leadership team.
  • Establishing robust internal controls and compliance frameworks tailored to regulatory landscapes of digital assets and financial services.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with investors, banking partners, auditors, regulators, and key external stakeholders.
  • Driving continuous improvement in financial systems, tools, and processes to support a data-driven culture.
  • Managing the annual audit process and coordinating with external auditors.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a senior finance leader within financial services, fintech, digital assets, or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in treasury, liquidity, and capital movement across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Deep experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to build and mentor high-performing finance teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
  • High integrity, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
