We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of E-Commerce Specialist.
Job Description:This position involves managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, and content updates. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations, with knowledge of Shopify and order management/finance systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to analyze sales and inventory data are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing.
- Coordinate domestic and international orders.
- Monitor stock levels and generate replenishment reports.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Work from home.
- Monday to Friday 7:00AM – 4:00PM PHT.
