Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Messaging and Collaboration Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support and services to our clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across various platforms.

Job Description:

This specialist position requires a deep understanding of messaging and collaboration technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and optimizing these systems, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.

  • The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, the successful candidate will be proactive in resolving complex issues and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365): Strong knowledge of M365 tools and features, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Teams.
  • Infrastructure Support Background: Several years of experience in infrastructure support, including knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server Admin, and application support background.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
