Job Description

As a Compliance & Monitoring Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our platform by monitoring messaging compliance in real-time. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying potential fraud, spam, and phishing attempts, as well as detecting and reporting suspicious activity.

In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Support team to onboard new customers, provide guidance on content guidelines and responsible messaging, and collaborate with our Sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. You will also serve as a senior member of the Compliance function, producing and updating business processes and acting as a key point of contact within the team.

Your skills and experience will be valuable assets in driving process improvements, developing internal knowledge articles, and educating customers on best practices for compliance and monitoring. Key Qualifications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in identifying and preventing disallowed content
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess message/account reviews holistically and consider both immediate risks and long-term impacts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues to various stakeholders
  • Proven experience working autonomously and in cross-functional environments, with a self-starting attitude and a positive, can-do approach
