Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develops complex customised code aligned with industry standards and brand guidelines, mirroring original creative designs.
  • Conducts quality assurance checks, scripting for dynamic content, personalisation and segmentation, and manages HTML content within clients' platforms.
Supports new business development and responds to RFPs as required.Collaborates with internal team leaders to address escalations and problems.Creates technical documentation and establishes processes as needed.Maintains expertise in industry standards, innovations, and best practices in email/SMS/mobile push marketing.Assists Lead Developers and other internal team leaders in managing escalations and resolving issues.Key Skills:
