We are seeking an accomplished Team Manager to spearhead our Customer Experience team, fostering excellence in service levels and customer satisfaction.

This pivotal role is responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring consistent achievement of service standards, and enhancing phone support processes through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Establishing KPIs to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Enhancement: Implementing robust quality control processes to maintain high service standards.
  • Process Optimization: Leveraging data to refine Phone Support processes and improve efficiency.
  • Leadership Development: Building and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Training & Development: Developing & training new joiners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Documenting team activities and outcomes, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Your Experience:

  • 2+ years in a similar leadership or operations role with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of improving and maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with customer service tools and analytics platforms.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the e-commerce market.
