Dedicated Remote Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated customer service representative to work remotely in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.
The ideal candidate will apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customers experience during a difficult time.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone or email
- Analyze customer issues and resolve them efficiently
- Upsell/cross-sell products or services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements include typing speed of 20+ words per minute, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, you should possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, be highly reliable with good attendance and punctuality, and have a strong team orientation and customer focus.
