About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist / Virtual Assistant to support our clients in navigating the technical aspects of their AI arbitrage journey. This includes handling technical inquiries, managing member accounts, creating automations, and designing landing pages with a focus on automation tools.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and launch cold email campaigns in instant messaging platforms.
  • Create and maintain automation workflows using n8n.io and other tools.
  • Generate targeted lead lists using data platforms based on the client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Troubleshoot deliverability issues, API errors, and automation bugs.
  • Sync leads and actions across platforms like Instantly, Apollo, n8n, and the client's customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Keep systems organized and well-documented.
  • Ensure campaigns and workflows are launched on time and run smoothly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical VA or marketing automation role.
  • Proficiency in automation tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics software.
  • Experience with project management and workflow optimization.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a knack for debugging and process improvement.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to take initiative without constant oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical setups and maintain documentation.
