About the Position

We are seeking an experienced workflow automation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and Amazon marketplace tooling.

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining workflow automations that drive business growth and efficiency.

  • Map pain points - Identify high-impact, high-effort processes ripe for automation.
  • Ship automations fast - Build, test, and deploy n8n workflows and custom scripts for use cases like influencer sourcing, automated reporting dashboards, and internal knowledge bots.
  • Integrate tools - Connect APIs and webhooks using Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Klaviyo, etc.
  • Monitor & iterate - Set up logging, alerting, and SLA checks; refine flows based on usage data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Document & train - Create concise SOPs and Loom walkthroughs so non-technical teammates can self-serve.
  • Track ROI - Quantify hours saved, cost reductions, and incremental revenue driven by each automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon marketplace tooling.
  • Expertise in building workflow automations (n8n required; Zapier/Make.com plus).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for custom nodes, API wrappers, and data transforms.
  • Solid grasp of REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook patterns.
  • Strong English communication skills; able to translate business requirements into technical specs.
  • Self-starter mindset, bias for action, comfortable working asynchronously with 2-4 hour overlap.
