Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be a proactive project coordinator with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing priorities and streamlining workflows to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed meeting notes and dossiers or one-pagers for internal and client meetings.
  • Coordinate daily agendas, including email preparation, meeting planning, task reminders, and inputting tasks in ClickUp.
  • Develop and maintain project plans in ClickUp, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely execution.
  • Communicate with account strategists or owners to review task status and adjust timelines as needed.
  • Monitor project progress across all clients, with deeper involvement in select accounts to guarantee smooth handoffs and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with creative/copy teams as necessary, including updating templates or creating simple workflows for clients.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in project management or operations (agency background preferred).
  • Demonstrated history of strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through on tasks.
  • 2+ years using ClickUp for project management.
  • Able to manage multiple work streams from start to finish, including cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong task-focused mindset with ability to self-manage and anticipate needs.
