Senior FP&A Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst with a strong foundation in accounting and a proven track record in hands-on transactional bookkeeping. This role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly operate across both high-level financial analysis and day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic insight with minimal supervision.

Job Description
  • Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close.
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends to inform operational planning.
  • Assist in developing financial models, dashboards, and tools to drive business insights.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial planning initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working as an FP&A Analyst, with a strong understanding of both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours.
  • CPA or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments.
