We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager with strong accounting foundations and hands-on NetSuite experience to join our team. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-autonomy environment, loves turning data into insight, and can partner closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Develop monthly financial reports with variance analysis against budget/forecast to provide timely insights.
  • Build and maintain operating models and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support business decision-making.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives and optimize business performance.
Accounting Support (NetSuite)
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end close in NetSuite, working closely with accounting staff to meet deadlines.
  • Review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Help optimize NetSuite structure and reporting hierarchies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist with setup and mapping of new accounts or departments to ensure seamless integration.
Operational Finance
  • Support cash flow forecasting and treasury planning to ensure liquidity and stability.
  • Track headcount, utilization, and financial KPIs to monitor business performance.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial models to support pricing, hiring, or strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial operations.
  • 2+ years of experience using NetSuite for accounting and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort building financial models.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with executives.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written), including professional financial communication.
  • Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST).
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA or equivalent accounting certification.
  • Experience with budgeting tools & processes.
  • Prior work in consulting, SaaS, or offshore services environment.
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
