Job Title: Strategic Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning Specialist to join our Global Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation.

  • This position will be responsible for leading financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas.
  • You will manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • You will summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • You will build financial models, develop what-if scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and reports.
  • Business Partnership and Strategic Support: Partner closely with Finance leadership to shape and support financial strategies.
  • Digital Innovation and Process Optimization: Lead or support projects focused on automation, cost savings, and process re-engineering.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
