Job Role:
  • Bulk business expansion and market penetration across key Southeast Asian markets
  • Deliver advisory services and manage high-value clients with exceptional care
  • Lead leadership development efforts and nurture strategic partnerships
  • Develop and scale advisory services, securing corporate and financial institution clients

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses 15+ years of leadership experience in management consulting, ESG/sustainability advisory, corporate finance, or impact finance
  • Demonstrates expertise in sustainability strategy, ESG integration, sustainable finance, blended finance, and impact investing
  • Showcases ability to develop and scale advisory services, achieving strong revenue growth
  • Maintains extensive networks across corporates, investors, DFIs, financial institutions, and regulators in key regions
  • Excels in leadership and team management skills
  • Holds a Master's degree in business, finance, economics, environmental science, or related fields
  • Familiarity with international sustainability frameworks (e.g., TCFD, ISSB, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, SDG-aligned impact measurement)
