Digital Community Building Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building and engaging online communities. As a Digital Community Building Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing Discord communities that foster strong relationships between top affiliates and brands.

The ideal candidate will have experience in community management, social media marketing, or influencer marketing, with a proven track record of growing and moderating online groups while hitting key performance indicators (KPIs). They will also possess excellent written English skills, be organized, self-directed, and reliable in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities include setting up servers, bots, roles, and permissions; recruiting high-potential affiliates; curating winning videos, product updates, and trend reports; hosting live AMAs/trainings; tracking creative performance via Seller Centre/KaloData; surfacing best angles to affiliates; owning a rolling content calendar; liaising with brand leads; and reporting GMV, retention, churn, and engagement weekly.

In addition, the successful candidate will be able to adapt quickly to new TikTok policies and client priorities. They will also have a data-driven mindset, spotting patterns in GMV, CTR, churn, and acting fast.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in community, social, or influencer-marketing management (Discord a plus)
  • Proven ability to grow and moderate online groups while hitting KPIs
  • Data-driven mindset – spot patterns in GMV, CTR, churn, and act fast
  • Exceptional written English
  • Organised, self-directed, and reliable in a remote environment
