Job Description

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing vendor relationships and ensuring the effective utilization of company resources. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to drive business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join our organization as a Procurement Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain contract renewal calendars with a 36-month rolling horizon.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve vendor engagement, purchasing, and vendor lifecycle management.
  • Assist business leaders in modeling costs and options in business cases.
  • Collaborate with peers in Risk and Compliance to perform annual risk rating and due diligence checks.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be able to effectively engage and communicate with senior leaders and C-Suite executives, articulate persuasive arguments backed by numerical modeling, and possess a strong work ethic with a "Completer-Finisher" personality.
