Job Title: Procurement Specialist - Indirect Materials

Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Procurement Specialist. You will play a crucial role in managing procurement processes for indirect materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure indirect materials, including contractors, industrial services, IT services, HR services, MRO, and facilities.
  • Manage requisitions, ensuring accurate conversion to purchase orders within 24 hours.
  • Communicate with buyers, suppliers, and requestors to resolve purchasing and invoicing issues.
  • Participate in supplier audits, track open order reports, and follow policies and procedures for procuring materials.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in procurement or relevant field.
  • Familiarity with SAP, SAP ARIBA, and Readsoft (Workcycle).
  • Excellent communication skills, with high proficiency in English.
  • B.S. degree required, preferably in a business-related field.
  • Fluency in French highly desirable.
