Procurement Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing process from start to finish.

  • You will develop and execute category strategies to optimize performance, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive cost savings on direct purchase components.
  • Your expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP, will be essential in managing data integrity and executing RFQ packages.
  • Strong relationships with internal customers and external suppliers are critical to your success in this role.
  • You will also be responsible for conducting competitive bids, negotiations, and contract management.

About You

  • You should have 3-5 years of experience in the field of procurement or a related area.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or Engineering is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, are essential.
  • Project management skills, negotiation skills, and analytical skills are highly valued.
