- Providing excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email or chat.
- Identifying upselling opportunities by recommending relevant services that meet customer needs.
- Performing accurate data entry to ensure customer records are always up-to-date in our system.
- Leaving detailed notes in client files for every interaction.
- Applying strong phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience and build long-term loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong English communication skills are necessary, including the ability to understand different accents.
- General computer proficiency is essential.
- Customer service platforms and communication tools experience preferred.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, resourceful and coachable individuals are ideal candidates.
- Strong time-management skills and organizational efficiency are crucial.
