  • Update and manage products using a robust ecommerce platform
  • Perform various virtual assistant tasks such as data analysis, document preparation, and basic data entry

Requirements:

  • RELIABILITY: Consistent attendance and full-shift availability with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
  • EFFICIENCY: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of productivity
  • INITIATIVE: A proactive approach to completing tasks, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions
  • EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of relevant ecommerce support or virtual assistant experience
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word
