
Senior Client Advocate for Personal Injury Claims

As a professional case manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and their legal representatives. Your key responsibilities will involve overseeing a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications, communicating with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation, and providing guidance to applicants throughout the funding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of cases, ensuring timely updates on case statuses
- Collect and analyze legal documents, including police reports, medical records, and settlement documents
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to ensure seamless case management
- Monitor progress of applications and prioritize high-urgency cases effectively
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, or client-facing roles
- Proven ability to handle sensitive legal documentation and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with personal injury case types, including auto accidents and premises liability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first attitude
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
