We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to support our litigation team. The successful candidate will play a key role in case preparation and management by conducting research, drafting documents, and managing discovery.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery requests with accuracy.
- Organize and maintain legal files to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
- Conduct thorough research, producing concise and well-supported findings.
- Prepare trial materials in advance of hearings.
- Track deadlines and schedules to prevent delays.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to gather case details.
- Manage document production and review during discovery.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in litigation.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and filings.
- Proficiency with case management systems (Clio, PracticePanther).
- Skilled in legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
