Process Optimization Manager

The Process Optimization Manager plays a crucial role in driving process improvement initiatives, delivering tangible benefits to the business.

This position supports the management of the enterprise process optimization portfolio, manages process improvement engagements, maintains process documentation standards, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process solutions and build continuous improvement capability.

  • Process Analysis and Design: Develop and implement process analysis and design methodologies to drive business efficiency.
  • Project Delivery and Stakeholder Management: Lead medium-to-complex process improvement projects, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Change Adoption and Communication: Manage stakeholders and facilitate change adoption through effective communication and collaboration.
  • BPM Capability Building and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain BPM capabilities, knowledge sharing platforms, and best practices.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report performance metrics to measure process improvement success.
  • Process Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation standards.
  • Process Improvement as a Service Engagements: Manage process improvement engagements to deliver tailored process improvement solutions.
