Role Overview

  • Assists in charting expansion direction using science, product knowledge, and consumer insights
  • Crafts New Product Development (NPD) architectures for identified health spaces
  • Develops claims and product concepts
  • Serves as Project Organizer, communicating and collaborating with brand/enablers
  • Assist in preparatory requirements for Project Team meetings (medical/regulatory, cost, technical, research, trade)
  • Executes projects according to plan, bringing innovative concepts to completion
  • Assists project manager in studying, managing claims development, and providing input to strategy documents for assigned spaces

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science or any related course
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • With Product Management, Product development and/or launch experience
  • With Brand Management or Marketing background
  • Experience handling Pharmaceutical products is an advantage
