This is a position for a professional to oversee the online reputation of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing online reviews, social media conversations, and forums.

We are looking for someone with exceptional English writing and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience using monitoring/ORM tools. A background in financial services or regulated industries would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google, BBB, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, etc.
  • Track and engage with relevant conversations on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Draft professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to both positive and negative reviews.
  • Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership before responding.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, work well under pressure, and possess a high level of professionalism in their communication. They will also have a deep understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
