**Job Overview**

This role is ideal for bilingual support specialists who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24/7 technical assistance for transaction initiation and reporting, while working closely with clients and internal partners across multiple products and lines of business.

Key responsibilities include managing and resolving client inquiries via phone, email, and internal case transfer in a timely manner, advocating for clients to ensure their needs are met when working with business partners, and troubleshooting connectivity issues, processing failures, and transactional inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, as well as minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience and 2 years of Technical Support experience.

Bonus points if you have robust knowledge and familiarity with text-based file formats and experience with Wholesale Payments processes

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

A motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team will excel in this position.

  • Required Skills:
  • Business-level proficiency in Mandarin and fluent English
  • Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Technical Support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
