About the Role

The Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of services, ensuring timely resolution of technical and non-technical issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with Network Engineers to resolve issues.
  • Provide first-line support to internal and external customers.
  • Manage network infrastructure and systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Apply ITIL principles to ensure efficient issue resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT/Telecommunications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in routing and switching technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL v3 framework.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
