Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing for open positions across business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Utilize creativity and persistence to source high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the business, job responsibilities, and required competencies, skills, and knowledge.
  • Master our internal applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and post job openings.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience across various business needs.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive, quality-focused, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Adaptable to new tools and processes.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ashby experience is an asset.
