Tala TV is looking for a results-driven and resourceful Business Development Specialist to lead the recruitment and onboarding of Agency Managers from various livestreaming platforms (e.g., TikTok, BIGO, Kumu, Poppo, etc.). This role will play a key part in expanding our network by sourcing, evaluating, and building strong partnerships with potential agency partners who can bring in top-performing streamers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and recruit Agency Managers from livestreaming platforms to join and collaborate with Tala TV.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of agency partners through direct outreach, referrals, and platform-based research.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and present company policies, guidelines, and compensation structures to newly recruited agency managers.
  • Assist in onboarding and integration of agency managers into the Tala TV ecosystem.
  • Foster strong and ongoing relationships with agency managers to ensure retention, engagement, and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Talent, Marketing, Operations) to support the success of onboarded partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, or partnerships, ideally in the livestreaming, influencer, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of major livestreaming platforms and their ecosystem of agencies and streamers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
