Commercial Manager for Client Relationships

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Manager to join our team in Manila. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with assigned Commodity Insights accounts to understand their business needs, drive service adoption, and provide feedback on account health and user best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive outreach to contact clients and discuss current services, client needs, and required service follow-up.
- Introduce and position new product packages specifically designed for Primary Accounts.
- Manage incoming calls and e-mails for assigned accounts via Customer Care and the commodity insights website.
- Set up and provide training as needed in coordination with the sales specialists and support team.
- Contact all newly added contract users to introduce them to the products.
- Discover and diagnose possible up-sell / cross-sell opportunities. Assist with product demos and meeting scheduling of the assigned accounts as collaborative opportunities arise.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work across Commodity Insights organization to resolve any client issues in a timely manner.
- Document all client interactions in SFDC.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge in Financial Services is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Integrity, honesty, positive attitude, strong attention to details, and a desire to learn independently are all essential.
- Must be client-centric, results-driven and can adapt to an enterprise mindset.
