Job Title

As a key player in our global support team, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service to clients from French-speaking regions through voice calls and live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their queries, resolve concerns, and ensure every interaction feels professional, clear, and friendly.

This role involves more than just responding to tickets; it's about creating positive experiences, building trust, and ensuring customers feel valued and understood. You will work closely with your team to stay updated on priorities and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely, friendly, and accurate support in French and English via calls and chat
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through solutions step-by-step
  • Log all customer interactions accurately
  • Identify trends and share feedback to improve processes
  • Collaborate with your team to stay updated on priorities
  • Represent the brand with care, professionalism, and patience
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (remote, e-commerce, or tech support preferred)
  • Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team
