
French English Customer Service Representative

As a French-English customer service professional, you play a key role in assisting customers from French-speaking regions. Your primary responsibility is to provide timely, friendly, and accurate support via voice calls and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service in both French and English languages
- Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through solutions step-by-step
- Accurately log all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Identify trends and share feedback to improve processes and services
- Collaborate with the team to stay updated on priorities and best practices
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (remote, e-commerce, or tech support preferred)
- Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and think critically to resolve issues
