Job Overview

This role involves working as a customer service representative with strong bilingual skills, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats to provide excellent service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions via various communication channels
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Communicate effectively to ensure complete understanding of customer needs
  • Leave detailed notes in client files for every interaction
  • Apply phone etiquette to create a positive experience

  • Identify upselling opportunities and recommend relevant services
Requirements
  • Bilingual English and French fluency required
  • Strong English communication skills, including ability to understand various accents
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
  • General computer proficiency required
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and tools
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, resourceful, and coachable
  • Strong time-management skills and organizational efficiency
  • Ability to work independently with reliable internet connection (minimum 70 Mbps)
