Our company is seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials and services necessary to support our operations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Technical Education or background in technical trading, and at least 1 year of experience in technical purchasing. Knowledge of English language and customer-oriented attitude is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and procuring materials and services;
  • Issuing and revising purchase orders;
  • Courier logistics of material or parts for repair up to final destination;
  • Maintaining proper documentation in purchase orders file;
  • Developing regular progress reports on initiatives;
  • Fulfilling job-related functions assigned by management;
Requirements
