Software Development Expert

We're seeking a skilled Software Development Expert with strong technical support skills to join our team. You'll be responsible for supporting users of our AI agentic platform, which transforms project briefs, mockups, or screenshots into working full-stack applications.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited about both hands-on coding and user support, and is eager to grow in a modern AI-first product environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues related to the AI agentic development platform.
  • Provide technical support to users building full-stack apps (React frontend + Python/FastAPI backend).
  • Reproduce bugs, analyze stack traces, and identify possible root causes.
  • Research and understand technical problems encountered by non-technical users.
  • Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay feedback and improve the user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience with React.js in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication skills; English level B2 or higher.
  • Ability to work night shifts and occasional holidays (on rotation).
  • Willingness to visit emergency situations at company offices (rare).
  • Comfortable using tools like Git, terminal, browser dev tools, etc.
