Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist or Oracle Cloud HCM Project Lead and Consultant to join our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions. This role will involve leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of relevant Human Resources experience and 1-3+ years of Program/Project Management experience. They will also have relevant experiences in areas such as Recruitment, Configuration Support, Business Analysis, Software Development/Systems Integration or Application Support.

A strong team player with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and team leadership skills is essential. The candidate must also have excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

For the Technical Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist role, 2 to 7+ years of relevant IT or Operations experience and 1-3+ years of Program/Project Management experience are required. The candidate must also have completed Oracle HCM Cloud Training or at least 6 months of experience in one or more business processes such as Recruiting, Human Resources, Payroll, Absence, Time and Labor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Define business requirements and design solutions to meet client needs.
  • Maintain demand and flow of inputs to the project, perform analysis, localization work, and lead the technical aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of relevant Human Resources experience and 1-3+ years of Program/Project Management experience for the Oracle Cloud HCM Project Lead and Consultant role.
  • Relevant experiences in areas such as Recruitment, Configuration Support, Business Analysis, Software Development/Systems Integration or Application Support.
  • 2 to 7+ years of relevant IT or Operations experience and 1-3+ years of Program/Project Management experience for the Technical Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist role.
  • Completed Oracle HCM Cloud Training or at least 6 months of experience in one or more business processes such as Recruiting, Human Resources, Payroll, Absence, Time and Labor.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
