Job Overview

This highly-skilled professional is responsible for managing multiple properties and overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage relationships with tenants, vendors, and maintenance technicians.

The successful Property Management Specialist will be responsible for communicating with tenants and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner, scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure minimal disruption to tenants, managing lease agreements and ensuring tenant compliance with terms, overseeing financial management, including rent collections and accounts payable/receivable, developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants, ensuring compliance with U.S. laws and regulations, entering and managing data for property transactions, including entering bills for payment, invoicing and following up on payments from tenants, processing payroll for maintenance technicians, and managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with tenants and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage lease agreements and ensure tenant compliance with terms
  • Oversee financial management, including rent collections and accounts payable/receivable

  • Enter and manage data for property transactions, including entering bills for payment

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication & Coordination: Strong ability to handle tenant inquiries, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure lease compliance
  • Financial & Data Management: Experienced in rent collection, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and managing property transactions
  • Marketing & Tenant Acquisition: Skilled in creating marketing strategies to attract new tenants
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable in U.S. real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Vendor & Payroll Management: Proficient in managing vendor relationships and processing payroll for maintenance technicians
  • Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Experienced with property management software and virtual tools, excel, with strong attention to detail in all tasks
