Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Property Asset Manager who will oversee the management of all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties
  • Oversee tenant relations, including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and dispute resolution
  • Ensure timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards
  • Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports
  • Advertise and market vacant properties on rental platforms
  • Enforce lease terms and manage evictions or legal proceedings if necessary
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations

Requirements
  • Experience in property management or real estate
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
