Key Role:

The Industrial Powertrain Solutions team is seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst III to join their ranks. This position plays a critical role in assisting with financial planning, reporting, and analysis using data and analytics to provide business insights and decision support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage analytical skills to organize and harness large amounts of data for effective business decision making.
  • Partner with the FP&A team to provide variance analysis, forecasting, and project support to senior management.
  • Produce monthly reports highlighting key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
  • Gather and analyze information to identify P&L and working capital trends, communicating potential risks and opportunities.
  • Support internal control processes ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and accounting policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Hyperion, BI, OneStream, or other consolidation and reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Relevant experience in variance analysis and annual budgeting process.
