Senior Financial Planning Professional

This is a key role within our organization that will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial plans and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance.
  • Extract and reconcile financial data from various sources for variance analysis and management reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should have a solid understanding of financial concepts, tools, and techniques, as well as experience working with financial software systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
  • Strong proficiency with financial analysis tools and software.
  • Experience working with accounting software for general ledger and transactional data.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
