Job Overview:

The financial analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures.
  • Preparing management reports related to monthly variance reports and other components of the financial package.
  • Supporting ongoing regular financial reviews and revisions focusing on cost reduction.

Additionally, the role involves consolidating feedback from stakeholders, preparing weekly and 12-month rolling cash forecasts, and supporting financial discussions with senior leadership.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, as well as one to three years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
