Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, administering policies, procedures, and programs to drive employee engagement and retention.

You will also ensure information security and protect sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and related standards, as well as excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations by building management capability and improving consultation effectiveness.
  • Conduct administrative investigations of Code of Conduct violations.
  • Handle employee relations concerns, counseling, and disciplinary actions per the company handbook.
Talent Engagement and Retention
  • Foster an employee-friendly environment that supports goals and recognizes individual contributions.
  • Promote harmonious relationships and coordinate activities to boost morale.
  • Conduct exit interviews, employee surveys, and focus group discussions; coordinate Employee Engagement activities.
Policy Cascade and Compliance
  • Ensure HR solutions and procedures comply with business needs.
  • Identify gaps in policies and contribute to new policy development.
  • Organize orientation/briefings for Supervisors and Managers regarding new policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or advanced training.
  • 3+ years of related HR experience.
  • Knowledge of labor laws (e.g., DOLE advisories) and related standards.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills; good listening and communication abilities.
  • People-oriented, able to work under pressure, and proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
