  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to create dashboards and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in instructional design and development of training materials.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance practices and auditing processes.
  • Certification in HR or training and development is a plus.
