Job Summary

The Organizational Development Specialist will play a key role in driving organizational development initiatives, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. This individual will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders across the organization, providing guidance and support to employees and managers, and analyzing performance trends to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Development: Identify workforce needs, talent gaps, and succession planning opportunities to build a high-performing organization.
  • Supporting Organizational Change: Provide guidance, communication, and support to employees and managers during organizational change efforts.
  • Building Relationships: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gain buy-in and support for organizational development initiatives.
Talent Acquisition and Management
  • Talent Identification: Identify high-potential employees for future leadership roles and align performance evaluations with talent development strategies.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee completion of assigned external and internal manpower requirements on time, conduct paper screening and second-level interviews, and implement workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place to meet future business needs.
Employee Engagement and Retention
  • Employee Satisfaction: Develop programs and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, such as recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Employee Surveys: Conduct regular employee surveys to assess engagement levels and address identified concerns.
  • Retention Strategies: Design and implement retention strategies, including career development opportunities, mentoring programs, and competitive benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and labor relations.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of HR practices, strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, ability to analyze HR data, and strong problem-solving skills.
