Job Summary

The BPO Training and Development Associate Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality training programs, manage a team of trainers and content developers, and analyze performance trends to implement effective intervention programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop targeted curriculum.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, including workshops and coaching sessions.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of training programs into business processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in the contact center or BPO industry.
  • A proven track record of leading teams and implementing effective training programs.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • The ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately PHP 150,000 per month, based on industry standards and location. Additional benefits include opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Working Conditions

This is a mid-shift position, with weekends off. Project rest days may vary depending on operational needs.
