As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our data solutions. This position involves working closely with developers, data engineers, and product owners to guarantee that data meets high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, particularly for data and analytics solutions. Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric & Azure Data Services, relational & NoSQL database testing, and Azure DevOps or equivalent QA platforms is highly desirable.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and strong English communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for data pipelines, data structures, reports, and dashboards
  • Validate data accuracy from source systems through transformation to output
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
  • Track and manage defects using tools like Azure DevOps
  • Collaborate with data engineers to support automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, especially for data and analytics solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Experience with Agile methodology
