Quality Assurance Engineer Position Overview

At our organization, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to drive quality and improvement in manufacturing processes. This role requires an experienced professional with expertise in quality assurance, process development, and analytical skills.

  • This is a key opportunity for the selected candidate to contribute to process excellence and play a vital role in driving business results through quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of quality systems and proven experience in auditing and assessments. They must also possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with relevant academic qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role in a manufacturing company, demonstrating hands-on expertise in quality procedures and system implementation.
  • Technical background and experience in the automotive industry are highly desirable, as well as experience working closely with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement, utilizing data analysis techniques and metrics to inform quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
