Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our processes and operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits to identify areas for improvement and implementing quality improvement initiatives in correspondence processes. You will also develop and implement comprehensive quality and assurance policies and procedures, monitor and assess compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and ensure adherence to quality assurance requirements.

You will prepare reports and documentation related to quality assurance monitoring and promote increased knowledge and adherence to quality assurance standards among colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Healthcare quality assurance experience is an advantage
