
Medical Contact Specialist

Serve as a trusted advisor for customers seeking clarity on medication side effects, guiding them through consultative conversations.
This role involves responding to medical information queries, product quality complaints, and general inquiries via various channels.
Key responsibilities include receiving and reporting Adverse Drug Reactions within required timelines and performing ongoing quality control of defined process steps.
Qualifications- Non-degree + 3–4 years relevant experience or 1 year safety experience *
- Associate degree + 2–3 years relevant experience or 1 year safety experience *
- Bachelor's or Master's in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical Science, or related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, pharmacovigilance practices, and ICH GCP guidelines
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- High accuracy with attention to detail
- Team player with ability to work independently under moderate supervision
- Degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Chemistry is preferred but not required
