Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high volume of candidate inquiries and communications daily
  • Use CRM tools to track candidate interactions and feedback
  • Develop product knowledge to address candidate objections intelligently
  • Capture candidate expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and potential abandonment
  • Address candidate concerns through appropriate communication channels
  • Collaborate with teams and management to promote positive candidate experiences
  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals
  • Experience in high-volume calling and email correspondence
  • Process orientation and ability to follow call scripts
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Ability to work from home with reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
